Clinical Supervisor

Ronda R. Garrett, SUDP

Ronda has been working in the addiction recovery field for over 30 years, starting as an intern in 1994 and becoming fully licensed in 1996. Her own recovery journey began at 16 when she attended her first AA meeting, determined to build a better future. That experience ignited a lifelong passion for helping others break free from addiction. She’s worked in all levels of care and has mentored countless new counselors, finding joy in watching them grow into compassionate professionals. Since joining SFRC in 2022, she’s been dedicated to creating a supportive, understanding space for both clients and staff.

Outside of work, Ronda enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 7-year-old grandson, whom she is raising. Whether she’s hiking, gardening, or watching movies, she values the simple joys of life and the strong community she has built through recovery. Her faith, integrity, and deep belief in the power of transformation keep her motivated to help others find hope—because she knows firsthand that change is always possible.
