As a part of Spokane Falls Recovery Center, every level of care includes individual and group therapy programs. These therapies are the core of our addiction recovery program, creating the space that allows each person to experience the healing moments and life-changing insights that are the building blocks of long-term recovery.

Individualized Treatment Plans

As part of the intake process, each person undergoes a biopsychosocial assessment conducted by our clinicians. The assessment gives us an understanding of an individual’s needs and circumstances. Based on the assessment and throughout the individual counseling process, as people identify goals and challenges, we provide referrals and additional resources to address issues that impact addiction and recovery, such as mental health needs, building healthier life skills, and resources for employment.

Group Therapy and Peer Support

Group therapy and peer support are important components of the journey of recovery at Spokane Falls Recovery Center. Through the group process, individuals learn and practice new coping skills, gain insight into their own addiction, and strengthen their understanding of self-care.

The people that you meet and the opportunity to learn from peers is an essential component to the services provided at Spokane Falls Recovery Center. You’ll also learn about how to connect with others in recovery, through community groups like Narcotics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, Dual Recovery Anonymous, and Alcoholics Anonymous. These community support programs allow for on-going fellowship once you have completed treatment at Spokane Falls Recovery Center.

Family Education and Therapy

Families and family relationships play a significant role in the circumstances of a person’s addiction. Therefore, the journey toward healing and wholeness in recovery may involve members of an individual’s family. Healthy recovery transforms relationships and offers a chance for family members to reconnect and find healing together. We also offer a family education component to help guide individuals and their families through the healing process.
