Vaughn understands that recovery is more than just getting sober—it’s about finding purpose, connection, and a life worth living. Having personally experienced the transformation that treatment can bring, he now works as a primary counselor in Detox and Residential treatment, walking alongside clients as they take those first difficult steps.

With a background in music and the service industry, Vaughn has always been drawn to people and their stories. His passion for helping others comes from both his own journey and the values of service instilled in him by his family. He believes that addiction is treatable, that recovery is possible, and that every person deserves a chance at healing. When he’s not at SFRC, he loves spending time with his wife and son, strengthening his faith, and surrounding himself with music and spiritual growth.
