For Castan, working in medical detox is more than a profession—it’s a purpose. Growing up in a family transformed by recovery, she understands the courage it takes to take that first step. Now a CNA and nursing student, she combines her medical training with deep compassion to support individuals navigating withdrawal and early recovery.

At Spokane Falls Recovery Center, Castan strives to make every client feel cared for and valued during one of the most challenging moments of their journey.
